The industrial group "Riten" was established in 1991 by Vitaly Gennadievich Bashurov, who today is the general director. It was an ordinary working site, which eventually turned into a stable and active enterprise "Metal" and today includes the following areas: scrap metal, waste paper, real estate.

Each of the directions works on carefully developed technologies and is focused on achieving specific results. One of the promising and developing areas of IG "Riten" is the enterprise "Resurs", which is engaged in the purchase and sale of waste paper.

In the middle of 2005, a new direction "Real Estate" was formed in the company. The purpose of his work was various operations in the field of real estate: the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate (retail and warehouse space), industrial work sites, land and other objects, rent. In connection with the growth of the Industrial Group and the increase in the number of enterprises, a need arose for the organization of centralized management. The role of the body that took over the management and coordination of all areas began to be performed by the strategic planning group. GSP is the central management link of the entire company, which is a separate division that uses modern enterprise management technologies in its activities. Here a strategic plan, tasks, procedures are developed.
