ENN PRO was founded by M. Wayne Pennewell in August of 1992.  Motivated by his desire to apply his phosphate experience to mining and chemical industries throughout Central Florida, Wayne began PENN PRO with one idea in mind; provide the highest quality services to clients without sacrificing integrity or reliability.       Within a year of startup the fledgling company began successfully moving into biofuels and electric power utilities.  In 1997 PENN PRO made an aggressive expansion into the terminal design business, a business in which we are now fully entrenched.  Since that time the company has continued to diversify into other industry sectors including sand and gravel, flavors and breweries.   PENN PRO has grown into a full service technical services firm, providing design and engineering in virtually all disciplines.  In 2004 PENN PRO relocated to a new, larger office to service the needs of our growing client base.  The facility is located in Mulberry, Florida, about an hour away from either Tampa or Orlando.  This location allows us to be close to most of our current clients, and gives us quick access to major airports so we can respond on short notice to any client’s needs.  This move also provided our employees a more advanced working environment, with on-site networking and server management and state-of-the-art conference rooms and video conferencing equipment.      PENN PRO is the preferred engineering service provider for Murphy Oil USA, Potash Corp, and Agri-Source Fuels.  We have also successfully completed thousands of projects for other clients like Mosaic, CF Industries, Motiva, Targa Resources, Publix, Kinder Morgan, TECO, Givaudan Flavors and many others.     Since its inception, PENN PRO has been a leader in mechanical engineering and design.  In addition, we have developed strong electrical, process and environmental engineering competencies, to give our clients a one-stop engineering option.      We continue to add a mix of young and experienced talent to our team, as we believe it is the only way to assure long-term viability for our company.  We value the knowledge and expertise of our experienced professionals and team them up with the younger, developing engineers and designers, to create a fertile environment for proper mentoring and transfer of knowledge and skills as needed to achieve company and professional growth goals.  Additionally, we provide our professionals with the most advanced engineering and drafting tools available.      In addition to the latest 2D and 3D AutoCAD software, PENN PRO now offers reverse engineering services using a 3D laser scanning, integrated with Rapidform and SolidWorks software.   With these new tools and experts to use them, we are able to give foundries and part suppliers a cost effective way to build replacement components and assembly drawings.
