Peña’s Disposal operates a Material Recovery Facility in Cutler; provides curbside recycling to Cutler, Orosi and other communities in unincorporated Tulare and Fresno counties; provides construction materials recycling for the County of Tulare; collects and processes green yard waste; recycles E-waste and household hazardous waste; and offers CRV buy-back at several locations.
