We constantly strive to achieve quality and efficiency. At times we refer customers to other fab shops to save them money, either way we take care of our customers. We frequently take jobs at a loss and invest in equipment that will save the customer money and provide a quality product. I began building tugboats, trailers, dog boxes,barges, and whatever in my backyard under a tent. I had the basics as far as equipment, but it sharpened my skills. Since then I have invested heavily in equipment to deliver a quality product at a fair price. When a customers ask what my hourly rate is I tell them , by the way it is still the same as 10 years ago, that it is not the hourly rate that is significant but the person you have working for it. Shipyards and large fab shops charge less per man hour, but they load up on man hours and usually have less expeienced personell performing the work. I have an incentive to please my customer and to finish the job. For example when you look at pictures of our turn downs on our hand rails , they are bent . That saves the customer from us welding and grinding four joints. We have notchers that perfectly join our pipe joints. It also provides a quality product. The equipment that performs that work was not cheap, but was worth it to become a successful fab shop and deliver a quality product.

Services:
We can perform bending, shearing, punching to limit the amount of torch cutting. This saves us time you money, and provides better metal handrails and other products. For the times when we have to cut we use our plasma machine. We offer machining services in addition to our steel fabrication, and bend pipe 180 degrees without distortion. We have forklifts, and secure storage for your product. As part of our welding services, we perform mig welding which reduces time and produces a better weld appearance. We perform tig welding as well which produce the ultimate appearance in welds. This reduces the need for grinding which reduces the strength of the joint. Our equipment is portable and we usually perform stick arc welding in the field. We are certified to weld in all positions and guarantee our welds to pass any inspections you may require. We perform on site installations of bollards, site furnishings, railings, and more. We are capable of cutting concrete and asphalt as well as core boring holes. We install temporary safety cables for fall protection to meet OSHA requirements. We fabricate and install access ladders to roof top openings as well as the fall protections devices required to meet OSHA requirements. We install mechanical supports for roof top units.

Products Residential:
We offer complete steel fabrication from ornamental iron rails, fences, gates, security bars, to sculptures signs, mail posts, and clothes line poles. We have a huge inventory of ornamental products to incorporate into railings fences etc. Our products have a lifetime warranty. We use solid bars and shapes and thick wall pipe and tubes to withstand the elements. We offer powder coatings, zinc rich primers, and galvanizing. For extreme environments we offer stainless and aluminum fabrications.
