Peak Supply, Inc. was founded as a family business in 1986 by Lou and Lucille Weise; their son, Ken; and Lucille's brothers, Anthony and Sam. Together, Lou and Ken had extensive experience in the janitorial supply industry, while Lucille's area of expertise was in accounting and office administration.

As the business grew, Lou and Lucille's daughter Karen joined the family business assisting with the office administration. Karen stepped into her Mom's spot, when Lucille passed away in 1993. In 1998, Lou purchased Anthony and Sam's shares in Peak Supply, Inc. Lou and Karen owned and operated Peak Supply, Inc. together until 2006 when Lou passed away. Today, Karen continues to operate Peak Supply, Inc., as a woman owned business.

In 2004, Karen's husband, Joe Aguila, retired from a successful 25-year career in the Building Service Contractor Industry and joined the Peak Supply, Inc. team as its General Manager.

Joe has serviced large, national companies, as well as small to mid-sized, locally owned companies. Because of his experience and insight, Joe knows how to properly make suggestions for your facility's supply needs, as well as provide solutions to any maintenance problems or concerns you may be experiencing.

Having to carefully watch budgets, Joe can suggest ways to save your company time and money and successfully project the image you desire. He is equally comfortable working with the building service contractor, as well as the property and facility managers.

In 2007, Karen's brother Ken rejoined Peak Supply, Inc. as its AbilityOne Specialist assisting and servicing Federal Government customers with their compliance under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 8.7) in regards to the AbilityOne (formerly JWOD) program. This program creates jobs and training opportunities for Americans who are blind or have other severe disabilities

Peak Supply, Inc. is a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) and Triple S. ISSA is the industry's organization that upholds the highest standards in the cleaning and maintenance industry. Triple S is a national organization comprised of independent sanitary supply distributor members who work together to serve local businesses, as well as national accounts.
