PBA Construction was started in 1987, and since then has been involved with notable projects that grace the Philadelphia skyline, and many that are part of the historical and cultural significance of Philadelphia. Our work can be seen on Philadelphia’s historic City Hall where we completed the restoration and replacement of the castings adorning the exterior in a 3 phase project.
