Rob Payne was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2014. After college, he spent five years coaching high school and college baseball before transitioning into the electrical field for three years. In November 2021, his brother, Ryan Payne, and him launched Payneless Dumping, a junk removal and dumpster rental business, as a side venture.

In April 2022, he and his wife, Meg, welcomed their son, Brant. Becoming a father was a transformative experience that ignited his passion and drive. With Brant just six weeks old, they took a leap of faith and made Payneless Dumping a full-time endeavor in June 2022, expanding the services to include stump grinding and shavings removal.

As business continued to grow, Rob and Ryan rebranded as Payneless Pros to offer a broader range of services, including land clearing and leveling.

Their goal is to provide a one-stop shop experience and serve their customers with excellence while being a city on a hill.
