Palm Springs Welding, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company, founded by Marcel Latulippe in 1964. Our company provides quality ornamental ironwork, miscellaneous ironwork, and structural steel products and their erection in the greater Coachella Valley and beyond.

PSWI prides itself on its experienced personnel and history of supporting the local community through its purchasing and charitable practices. The steel that we provide has been sourced and manufactured in the United States. Our employees live within or near the Coachella Valley. We are proud to claim "Made in the USA" status for our finished products!

Palm Springs Welding Inc. is fully insured and licensed as a contractor in the state of California, license 265516 for structural steel (C51) and ornamental ironwork (C23). We also hold fabrication certification through the City of Los Angeles (license FB01695).

Fabrication Process

Palm Springs Welding Inc. provides custom structural steel fabrication services to the construction industry, including plate work, shearing, braking, punching, drilling, and plasma cutting. Our fourteen thousand square foot production facility is a Los Angeles City certified fabrication shop, saving your project time and money in inspection costs.

Our experienced staff will manage your fabrication project from start to finish. Our detailing staff, both in-house and subcontracted, has many years of experience in the industry interpreting your design drawings to details for production. Our attention to detail and consideration for AISC standards in fabrication will ensure a safe and sound structure.

Our facility is located within easy access of local freeways and is well equipped to load trucks to haul finished projects off the property.

Our catalog of completed projects includes residential, commercial, and industrial steel jobs. We are proud to have partnered on projects including custom homes, tract homes, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, offices, and local landmarks.

Structural Steel Erection

Palm Springs Welding Inc. prides itself on its experienced and loyal staff. Our crew takes pride in their work, and is proud to help you complete your project safely, efficiently, and accurately. Our team will work with your team to assess the job site and prepare for a smooth steel erection process.

Our field crew will handle your installation, from supervising the material delivery and offload, to the proper placement and erection of the delivered steel products. We own and operate our own crane truck for appropriately sized installations, passing on the savings to your job. Our team will partner with your job site crew to ensure a smooth transition to subsequent trades.
