Pallet Factory R. Derksen B.V. consists of 4 different locations, with +/- 100 employees and more than 80,000 m2 of business area, of which 13,000 m2 is covered to store the pallets in a dry place.

With our production lines we produce 4,000,000 new pallets, and we also trade more than 1,500,000 used pallets per year in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

At our location in Pannerden, 'also the head office', we produce new pallets with 9 pallet lines in different sizes and designs. This enables us to provide our customers with any desired pallet at short notice.

We do this for various companies, including producers of insulation material and plastic industry, paper industry, brick factories.

At our location in Lobith we have accommodated the activities related to the used pallets. With a constant stock of +/- 50,000 pallets, we are able to quickly provide our customers with the pallets they require.

We are also able to repair used pallets, both our own trade pallets and your own pallets.

At our location in Eibergen , we produce various types and sizes of pallets, boxes and crates by means of manual assembly in any size and/or design and in any desired number.

The newest Spijk location, consisting of 2 different companies, including Palletfabriek Derksen BV and Houtcentrale Spijk BV, the latter is the latest addition to the holding and specializes in shredding wood in an environmentally friendly way from pallets and pallets with a size that cannot be repaired. be more salable.

These wood chipscan be produced in different sizes, this is done by means of sieves, these chips are 99% free of nails (metal) which are removed during the shredding process by means of different magnets. The chips are reused for various purposes, including raw material for the chipboard industry or garden/decoration chips and of course for combustion in, among other things, ecological biomass plants. These chips are 100% PefC certified.

The pallets department (Palletfabriek Derksen BV) produces pallets at the Spijk location with 2 semi-automatic robot lines with a special design and different lengths from 2500 mm, increasing in length by 500 mm each to a length of 8000 mm.

Palletfabriek Derksen BV is an advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility We do this by producing pallets in such a way that the resulting waste can be reused for other purposes. For example in the chipboard industry, composting and as a biofuel for power plants, among others.

The wood we use for the production of the pallets comes from forests that are sustainably managed. This means that felling is done in such a way that the ecological function of the forest as a habitat for plants and animal species is preserved. Sustainability also has a social dimension. This means that the rights of the workers involved and of the indigenous people in the forests are respected.
