What we do
When we receive your used carpet and underlay, we sort it according to fibre type. We ship nylon carpet for recycling to our partners, located in Toronto, Washington and California. The underlay is baled and shipped directly to local manufacturers.
Not all the carpet we receive is currently recyclable. We send this carpet to a local plastics shredder who then sells it to cement plants as fuel. This reduces the cement plants' use of coal.
