In-house CNC capabilities include cutting, burning, shearing, milling, machining, turning, forming, rolling, painting and sophisticated inspection. Our integrated machine shop houses one of the largest custom CNC floor mills on the West Coast.We fabricate to the highest quality standards. Equipment & Manufacturing
Vigor Complex Fabrication teams provide systems engineering and integration along with first class manufacturing facilities that enable us to provide a full range of products to our customers from structural metal fabrication to turn key design products with complex control systems.
Fabricating and manufacturing facilities include computer aided design systems; computer aided manufacturing machines, and CNC machining equipment. Quality Control personnel are qualified in all non-destructive examination (NDE) disciplines, with the exception of radiography, which is well supported by qualified inspection companies.In addition to these manufacturing capabilities, our fabricators are skilled in the practical requirements imposed by the fabrication and assembly of critical components and precision machined weldments, and the testing, demonstration, and transportation of these systems. Vigor operates a fully equipped CNC machine shop, utilizing the latest programming software, capable of servicing both large and small components.
