Specializing in the aluminum profile production cycle, from extrusion to finishing, Omega Aluminum was founded by the Tempermed Group in Medianeira, in western Paraná. The company has more than 300 models of open line, more diverse of exclusive line and focuses on serving distributors, builders and industries from all over Brazil. In its 10,000-square-meter industrial park, Omega houses a 7-inch extruder, state-of-the-art automated electrostatic painting booths, laboratories, tooling and other sectors and machinery required for the operation.

Omega Aluminum works with bar profiles up to 8 meters, with thermal bath and without thermal bath. The industry standard for most bars is 6 meters, so we have some fine-tuned openline profile measurements to improve cutting performance. To know them, look at our catalog.

Painting

Guaranteed by a chemical bath made by immersion and electrostatic epoxy powder painting, the profile painting has a 10-year warranty. In addition to meeting domestic demand, Omega offers the paint outsourcing market, working with industries, distributors and end consumers.
