Off-Highway Engineering can provide complete vehicle engineering design and drawings. Our expertise goes beyond mining trucks. We also offer solutions for individual systems including suspension and steering, structural fabrications and castings, hydraulics, drive-train and AC drive applications. We use the latest in 3D engineering tools, including Pro/Engineer and Solidworks for design work and create fully functional virtual prototypes to optimize designs. Designs are validated and improved after field testing using strain gauges and data acquisition equipment.

600 metric ton ( 660 short ton) payload AC drive mining truck preliminary design is complete for the customer.
