Oetinger is a leading supplier of aluminum casting alloys. Oetinger stands for seamless production supply, sustainable processes and is an elementary part of the value chain in the foundry industry. Oetinger Aluminum has established itself as a key supplier, especially in vehicle construction.
Oetinger alloys can be found in almost all vehicles. In the heart of southern Germany, approx. 180,000 t / year of aluminum casting alloys in solid and liquid form are produced in two plants.

Oetinger sees itself as a full-service partner for aluminum foundries in everything to do with production supply and scrap recycling. With effective delivery concepts, we can achieve considerable savings in the process chain and keep the flow of valuable materials in a closed cycle. This also ensures tomorrow's production.
OETINGER ALUMINUM
Oetinger produces around 180,000 t of cast alloys with 300 employees at the Weißenhorn and Neu-Ulm locations.
We place a strong focus on the supply of liquid aluminum and on the recycling of the process scrap in a closed cycle.
MANAGEMENT
On December 27, 2017, the Czech Metal Trade Comax Group acquired all shares in the Oetinger Aluminum Group from investors advised by Orlando Management AG, Munich. Metal Trade Comax is a Czech metal processor based in Velvary, north of Prague. The group focuses on the coating, profiling and cutting of cold-rolled and galvanized steel and aluminum and has a processing capacity of 200,000 t / year in this segment.
In its second business area, the group operates a smelter for cast aluminum alloys with a capacity of 30,000 t / year.
Under the new leadership of the managing director, Mr. Marian Manda, the Oetinger Aluminum Group will further strengthen its position in the field of aluminum recycling, further expand its good market position and soon offer new products and services.

Quality management of aluminum alloys Consistent quality management from the raw material to the finished alloy is the basis for the quality of our products and processes. The requirements of our customers are the yardstick by which we measure ourselves. Our goal is to surpass them.
Controlled by a comprehensive system of process and quality indicators, we work daily on the continuous improvement of our production processes.
