Sustainable, innovative and social initiatives and entities

NoWIT (No Waste in Time) stands for all sustainable, innovative and social initiatives and entities of the AM-P Group. Based on a problem from our client, but also on our own initiative, we can often convert issues and problems into concrete opportunities and solutions with our broad and specialist knowledge and network on a creative and out-of-the-box mentality.

By harmonizing various issues and problems, whether or not from different branches, a solution is sought in which sustainability, the social character and the financial feasibility always serve as starting points.

Waste does not exist. Our objective, in collaboration with various market parties, is to arrive at sustainable and structural working methods to convert waste materials into secondary raw materials and/or semi-finished products that can be used in new products after further treatment. Successful initiatives include:

Xyclegroup A technique that has been tested on a large and industrial scale for the sustainable transformation of non-recyclable waste plastics into pyro-oil by means of depolymerisation. Chemical recycling allows new products, including plastics, to be manufactured. New fuels can also be created on the basis of this technology.

Xirqulate A proven technique for the sustainable conversion of high- and low-calorific residual flows (such as dredging sludge, recycling residue or digestate) into a secondary raw material as a clay substitute in the ceramic industry or filler in the concrete industry by means of a DTO installation (Dynamic Thermal Oxidation).

ARI Benelux BV Proven technology for the sustainable conversion of asbestos and asbestos-containing waste, whether or not together with other residue streams such as household waste, by means of thermal-chemical treatment into a clay substitute as a secondary raw material for the ceramic and brick industry. The asbestos structure is demonstrably guaranteed to be destroyed.

CRC Recycling of thermosetting composites (polyester). A developed system for collecting, sorting and mechanically/chemically processing these materials has resulted in various recycling streams based on sales needs, including coarse and fine recyclate, glass and carbon fiber (mechanical processing) and pyro-oil as a basis for new plastics and fuel (chemical processing). Projects Xycle group Xyclegroup houdt zich bezig met een op grote en industriële schaal beproefde techniek om niet recyclebaar afvalplastic middels depolimerisatie te transformeren naar pyro-olie, waaruit door chemische recycling nieuwe diverse producten, waaronder nieuwe kunststoffen kunnen worden gefabriceerd.
