Providing Excellent Services Since 1970

Jim Holmgren founded Northland in 1970 to fill a growing need for construction support services in the region. His visionary leadership and legacy helped grow the company into a regional leader in heavy project capabilities including earthwork, utilities, concrete, aggregates, paving, and more. Northland proudly became an APi Group company in 2017, which connected the business to APi Group’s network of construction services companies across the nation. With backing and support from APi Group, Northland is strongly positioned to serve clients across the region.
