Northern Transitions, Inc. is a private non-profit Michigan corporation, that provides a wide range of vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with a variety of barriers to employment who reside in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Services include evaluation, supported employment, community placement and numerous types of employment within the organization for individuals who require a high level of continued support.
