Nortec Minerals Corp. is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, a well known center of mineral exploration, targeting global projects across numerous commodities at the pre-discovery to pre-development stages where its team can advance project and shareholder value.

The Company holds a 49% interest in the Tammela Project (Li, Au) in southern Finland under option to Avalon Minerals Limited (ASX:AVI), an option to earn 80% interest in four exploration permits in Guinea, west Africa, and is evaluating numerous quality opportunities in Ecuador.

Nortec was incorporated as a capital pool company in 1999 and began trading as a mineral exploration company in 2004 as Nortec Ventures Corp. on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the ticker code symbol ‘NVT’. In January 2010 the company changed its name to Nortec Minerals Corp. The Executive Chairman and former president, Mohan R. Vulimiri, is a very accomplished professional geologist who has been instrumental in the formation of the company and the acquisition and development of its mineral exploration projects.The directors of the Company have a wide range of geological and mining expertise combined with business management and financial experience.
