Nordcontenitori is the company known as a producer of Iridium-Pal and "made- to-measure pallets ".

In the 1980s, industrial storage and transport logistics systems underwent important innovations linked to market needs and the performance of new materials.

Edoardo Bertoli , who had already gained significant experience in the sector of plastic components in previous years , understands the potential of plastic materials applied to this field and, by acknowledging the changes of recent years, develops the design of a series of products of complement to the logistics industry. was born from the creativity of its founder in 1981 , whose first headquarters are located in Osio Sopra in the province of Bergamo.

The focus is initially on small and medium-sized plastic containers and then quickly moves on to larger ones ( pallet-boxes ) and pallets .

In 1988, for logistical reasons due to the expansion of the business, the company moved to its current headquarters in Medolago in order to upgrade the warehouse area and rationalize the offices.

The success acquired in the following years considerably increases the production demand for which Nordcontenitori in quantitative termsdecides to add an autonomous production site alongside the existing structures, which is inaugurated in Chignolo d'Isola on an area of ​​more than 3,000 square meters and equipped with the most modern means for injection molding.

Continuous technological research and constant respect for the environment push Nordcontenitori to inaugurate in 2001 a new department for the production of extruded PET bars , a recycled material from plastic bottles. PET bars are used for the design of non-standard special size pallets in different types according to the customer's request.

In the same years, the design of a new pallet concept, called IridiumPal® , was developed .destined to significantly change the way of conceiving logistics and industrial handling due to its extreme modularity and adaptability to different areas .

On these innovative thrusts, a new company was born in 2001, Logis-Rent , with the aim of studying new solutions for the needs of the logistics industry of the foreign market towards which the group has increasingly oriented itself in recent years.

Knowledge of market needs, flexible production choices to optimize costs and best follow the needs of customers combined with an always innovative design of the products and a careful choice of top quality materials have allowed the development of our industrial reality from 1981 to today.

In 1966, Eugenio Montale said that “ one of the fundamental tasks of the industry is to amuse man, that is to diverge him from that contemplative otium, which is the worst enemy of all activism ” (Auto da fé).
