NOAH's core task is to receive, treat and properly store inorganic surplus masses with different levels of pollution. For more than 20 years, NOAH has ensured that environmental toxins from this waste have not ended up in nature. The masses are used as building material to rehabilitate landscapes.

NOAH is considered a socially critical player because parts of Norwegian industry and Scandinavian energy recovery depend on the company's reception to be able to operate. NOAH plays a crucial role for Norway to fulfill the premise of the government's circular strategy on non-toxic cycles.

In addition to preventing pollution, NOAH works to develop the circular solutions of the future through research and development of recycling solutions such as. use of sulfuric acid in gypsum production and fly ash in concrete. Within the recycling of salts from fly ash, NOAH's Resalt already has a pilot plant that produces pure salts that the industry demands.
