Nicro engineering is a steel fabrication plant in line with world's best practice in design and engineering with precision finishes and weld quality.We manufacture pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors (including for flammable & combustible liquids) pipe spooling, sterilization tanks, autoclave vessels, cyclone vessels, flocculent plants, gas purged stainless steel process lines, mixing tanks, agitators & furnaces.We work with most metals and we continue to experiment with new and different alloys to get better performance.Nicro Engineering is an owner operated business which employs some 15 shop floor tradespeople. Ours is also a very stable workforce; most of our employees have been working for us for well over 10 years and some in excess of 25 years.There are 2 divsions of Nicro Engineering: 1 Fabrication and 2 Site Installation.Fabrication:Nicro Engineering exceeds world’s best practice in stainless steel fabrication.Our craftsmen manufacture exceptional quality tanks, pressure vessels and complete processing plants which deliver long life and decades of trouble free operation for all types of chemicals and processes. We manufacture to all the major codes such as AS1210, AS1692, AS4041, API650 and the ASME codes. Plus we're one of few fabricators fully accredited by ASSDA.Our OH&S policy is based on ISO9001 and is audited by clients such as Shell Refinery, Orica, Dow Chemical, Glaxo Smith Kline, CSL, CSIRO & QER (Queensland Energy Resources).Site installation:Nicro Engineering installs processing plants or parts of them nationwide, with precision, dedication and superior workmanship. We can project manage from P&ID development to installation and commissioning. And we do it to tight deadlines.
