NESTEC, Inc. provides air pollution control solutions for industries focusing primarily upon VOC and HAP emissions.  The principals of the company have over 30 years experience covering a wide range of industries including; specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging, coating, printing, wood products, ethanol, automotive, metalized film, building products, asphalt, can manufacturing, and semiconductor.

NESTEC, Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and in addition to providing new thermal oxidation and other air pollution control systems, NESTC,Inc. also specializes in aftermarket solutions to optimize existing technologies to reduce energy consumption and increase performance to meet current EPA standards.  NESTEC, Inc. also provides energy audits, process duct designs, capture systems, control system upgrades, burner system management and upgrades to comply with current NFPA standards, and source testing.  Our highly experienced staff will also assist with the development of equipment specifications and offers training to field staff and maintenance personnel.  Furthermore, these services are provided for any type and any manufacturer’s thermal oxidation systems.

With regard to certifications, all of our field staff meet the highest standards for safety and are trained for confined space, lockout tagout, fall protection, asbestos, hazard communication and all other areas which are part of the Hazwopper training program.  Insurances include a 5MM umbrella for general liability and 1MM for professional liability errors and omissions.

In 2009 NESTEC Inc. purchased the drawings, customer list and programs from Huntington Energy Systems, a recognized name in the VOC control industry.  Additional support for our customers includes stocking many of the common parts required as spares for most thermal oxidizer systems.

Over the past seven years, NESTEC, Inc. has performed over 300 new and aftermarket projects; some of which are for fortune 100 companies.  We are currently manufacturing nine new thermal oxidizer systems, and while most of our systems are located in the US, some are being delivered as far away as Saudi Arabia.  Our current project list includes systems being installed in Ohio, New Hampshire, Georgia, Kentucky and North Carolina.  We are regularly published inPollution Engineering magazine and provide important updates and alerts to the industry about our newly developed technology improvements and techniques for maintenance.
