We are an innovative family business, specializing in the manufacture and contract manufacturing of high-quality WPC and natural fiber composite granules, as well as for various natural fiber reinforced plastic profiles.

We also offer regranulation or refinement of your ground plastic. We also produce large profiles made of various plastics with dimensions of up to 250mm x 250mm.

It is manufactured in the natural fiber area on specially developed 12-zone natural fiber extruders with a 40 L / D ratio.

The special screw designs ensure extremely gentle and at the same time homogeneous processing of the non-pre-dried fibers. This often keeps the residual moisture of the end product below 0.5%. Our granules therefore have excellent conditions for further processing in extrusion and injection molding.

Many different renewable raw materials, even glass fibers, mixed with additives and plastics such as PP, PE, PLA or PVC can be processed in our company to the desired product.
