Mueller Brass Co. is a world class producer of wrought brass rod and bars in a variety of standard and lead-free alloys for machining, thread rolling and forging applications. With two state-of-the-art facilities, we are a low cost producer of a variety of brass alloys that not only meet customers’ expectations, but are also compliant to new lead-free legislation introduced for potable water and PEX applications.

COPPER BAR

Mueller Brass Co is a leading manufacturer of copper bars, rods, and shapes in three alloys. The alloys that Mueller produces are C101 OFE Oxygen Free Copper, C102 OFC Oxygen Free Copper, and C110 ETP Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper. Our facility in Belding, MI utilizes the newest technology and processes for manufacturing copper bar, rod and shapes that not only meet customers’ expectations, but exceed them.

FORGING

Mueller Brass Forging Company provides a complete manufacturing solution for aluminum forging and brass forging – from processing raw material through forging and fully machined components. Handling 440 to 2500 tons, our equipment can produce top quality parts up to 50 pounds and our state-of-the-art Metallurgical Laboratory and TS 16949 certifications ensure only the highest quality.
