Our company history

OVER 60 YEARS OF MOOSLEITNER

MOOSLEITNER - a brand that has become synonymous with demolition and earthmoving work on a large scale, for the production and delivery of high-quality building materials such as sand, gravel, chippings, ready-mixed concrete, recycled building materials and humus. An extensive portfolio that guarantees you the best quality, fast delivery times and a fair price structure.

The roots of our company, which was founded by Matthäus Moosleitner more than 60 years ago, are in Surheim near Freilassing, very close to the border of the city of Salzburg.

Our geographical areas of operation are mainly in Salzburg and its neighboring federal states as well as in Berchtesgadener Land. For large and particularly complicated demolition work or extensive earthworks, we are also in demand throughout Austria and beyond the Berchtesgadener Land.

The active market presence and the increased competitiveness, which was achieved with the establishment of further MOOSLEITNER branches in Salzburg in the 1990s, laid the foundation for the rapid development of our sphere of activity in the following years.

Our youngest company, BME - Bauer + Moosleitner Disposal Technology GmbH, in Nussdorf am Haunsberg, stands for the proper acceptance and recycling of - including contaminated - waste, e.g. excavated earth, dredged material or rubble.
