Modern Recycling Ltd. was founded with the initial objective of collecting, sorting, recycling, and sale of plastic scraps. Modern Recycling Ltd., located in China with its principal purchasing department located in the U.S., operates the purchasing aspect of the business. 

In a joint venture with Techmerge Holdings Ltd., Modern Recycling Ltd. founded Modern Plastics Ltd. with a goal to expand its marketing and manufacturing capabilities. Modern Plastic Ltd., located in China, operates factories in China that serve as processing centers and houses scraps and our acrylic end products. Techmerge Trading Ltd. handles the sales and distribution of our in-house products as well as other international brand products. 

Today, Modern Recycling Ltd. and Modern Plastic Ltd. are firmly established as a leading provider in acrylics. As an ever growing business, we constantly explore new market opportunities and business collaborations in China and all around the world.
