Structural Steel Fab Project Phases:

• We engage in a pre-construction meeting involving the General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, as well as all other trades.
• Each trade discusses value engineering scenarios as well as potential problems arising from the current design(s).
• We fully discuss any of the owners’ questions and any potential plan changes.
• We discuss possible sequencing for the project and the time needed for each trade, in order to determine the project's schedule.
• Meetings are held throughout a project, as needed, to maintain current progress with all trades.
