Since 1972, Mitchell has completed more than 1,000 projects as a general contractor & mechanical contractor that have included pulp and paper plants, oil refineries, oil pump stations, chemical refineries, water filtration facilities, sewage treatment facilities, water and sewage pump stations, power generation facilities, coal mines, marine vessels, and more. Mitchell works on both public and private sector projects across all major construction business sectors.
