Billing
Mission Valley Power reads meters once a month for the entire service area. Most questions concerning your bill can be answered by contacting the Customer Service Department. Should they be unable to answer your questions or concerns, then the Billing Department can give you further assistance.
In an effort to become more efficient, we have made every effort to combine bills when customers have more than one account to cut down on printing and mailing costs. During FY04, we mailed about 190,000 bills at a cost of about $120,000.00, which includes printing, envelopes, postage and labor.
