Mirom Menen is a waste intermunicipal company that is responsible for the prevention, collection and processing of household waste from the municipalities of Menen, Wevelgem and Wervik.

As a waste intermunicipal company, Mirom Menen is a partnership between the municipalities of Menen, Wevelgem and Wervik. The three neighboring municipalities are working out a joint waste policy through Mirom Menen. This waste policy contains many aspects: from the management of the six recycling centers to the installation and emptying of more than 300 glass bulbs in the region and the collection and processing of about 30,000 (!) residual waste bags per week. Mirom Menen is a good friend to all residents who visits every week – even if it is only for a short while.
