Tornado Shelter Systems, Inc., is an Arkansas company, formerly owned by Randy D. Parsley and Robert W. Taylor, lifelong Arkansas residents who recently completed certification from the National Weather Service as Certified Severe Weather Storm Spotters.

In August of 2010 the company was sold to lifelong friend and employee Alisa Smith and her husband Jim of Austin Arkansas. Randy and Robert remain on the technical and advisory board of Tornado Shelter Systems Inc.

The goal of Tornado Shelter Systems, Inc., is to provide Arkansas residents with protection from the severe weather and storms that are all too frequent in the state. We are NOT an out-of-state company that will be here today and gone tomorrow. A significant amount of research went into the decision of what products Tornado Shelter Systems, Inc., would offer.
