MSE Inc. was established in 1985 as a manufacturer's sales representative company specializing in the sale of presses and accessories to the metal stamping industry.  Over the years, the company has maintained its relationship with these manufacturers and continues to represent them today. 

During the late 1980's and early 1990's, the company had an opportunity to expand by creating a line of its own products suitable to its customers. 

In the mid 2000's, MSE had aligned itself with a principal manufacturer of machine tools for tool room, fabrication, and metal cutting applications further expanding it capabilities.  

During that same period, MSE established relationships with used machinery dealers nationwide in an effort to provide quality used machinery to its clients. 

As a result of these actions, MSE is an extremely diversified company that can meet the demands of its clients.
