We have now expanded into Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee to be a dominant regional competitor, and with the launching of our new e-commerce Web site, we will be offering our products worldwide, unless otherwise restricted by our suppliers. Founded in 1985, Max Tool, Inc. is a full service industrial distributor, representing the product lines of many of industry's foremost manufacturers from around the world.  Max Tool has been awarded integrated supply contracts from some of the largest manufacturing plants in Alabama, several of which we have operated successfully for over 15 years. We intend to pursue Integrated Supply and "cribless crib" contracts as a strategy for future growth in sales, as well as for the financial benefit of our customers.  We have 44 employees.
