Martin Construction, Inc. was awarded the 2013 Highway Division First Place Safety Award by the AGC (Associated General Contractors)!

Martin Construction, Inc. received the 2012 Certificate for Safety Excellence by the AGC (Associated General Contractors) as accreditation for the 2011 Construction season.

Martin Construction, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Kurt Martin. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s Martin concentrated on small highway grading and site development projects in southwestern North Dakota and extreme eastern Montana. Starting in the late 90’s, the company began to expand beyond highway into large highway/interstate grading, dams, landfills, railroad sidings and spurs, airports, demolition, reclamation, oil drilling site development and large bore pipe installation. In addition, our area of work includes all of North Dakota, South Dakota, Eastern Montana and Wyoming. We have an  employee base of over 90 foreman, operators and truck drivers who have helped us obtain an excellent reputation throughout the region. Further, our diverse equipment fleet allows us considerable flexibility and capacity. 

We have been constructing oil field locations for various companies over for the past few years. Our employees have all received the 10 Hour OSHA Construction training and most are trained on a yearly basis with MSHA. We also have several scoria pits available located in Dunn, Billings, Golden Valley, and McKenzie counties with both pit run and crushed scoria. Martin Construction, Inc. is Tero certified and does some work on the Fort Berthold reservation with Little River Construction, LLC.
