Mark’s Disposal, Demolition and Cleanouts is a professional demolition contractor. We have operated since 2002 and we base our work on owner’s professional 16 years of experience in the industry and expertise of our work team. Mark’s Disposal is fully insured and certified in RRP work, mold remediation, and every crew member is certified in CPR and first aid. We service a variety of areas in the Boston vicinity, and are most prominent in the Metropolitan West Boston Area, Greater Boston Area, and the North Shore.

We have experience in providing total clean out needs including but not limited to whole or partial clean outs, gut outs, job site pick – ups and general renovation preparation. We leave rooms de-nailed and vacuumed clean so construction can begin in a clean environment. All our work is performed in a safe, efficient manner saving both time and money. History

On September 11, 2002, as a result of an unexpected series of events, Mark decided to use his expertise in contracting and joined with two acquaintances to start what is known today as Mark’s Disposal. With a background in working with laboratories and hospitals, Mark applied his awareness of the dangers of dust and importance of clean surroundings to his clients. This unique background is the foundation for Mark’s Disposal, always ensuring a clean environment while working with your project and specifications.

At the inception of the business, Mark and his two crew members did not have many supplies or expertise, but were determined to make the most of every situation and opportunity that came across their path. Mark had to borrow his neighbor’s van to use for hauling and moving materials and only had a few barrels and a shovel. Despite the setback in supplies, Mark and his crew had clear vision and ambition to fuel them through the challenges.

For the first 3-4 years, Mark and his crew of two were averaging two to three jobs at a time, but as business increased, Mark realized he needed a larger crew to ensure a high standard of quality at each job site. Eventually, three to six individuals were assigned to each team to accommodate the four jobs Mark’s Disposal juggles at any given time.

Mark’s Disposal started with a man with a vision and incomparable ambition to make a difference by making a “dirty job” into an easy and pleasant process. Today, Mark’s Disposal delivers quick and hassle-free service, making your project manageable while transforming your dreams into a reality.
