History

1974 : Establishment of the company in Keratsini, by the brothers Manolis and Dimitris Manouzas, with the object of collecting used mineral oils and distributing heating oil

1998 : Giannis Manouzas enters the company and the headquarters is transferred to 108 Anchialou Street, in Piraeus, with the exclusive activity of collecting & transporting used mineral oils

2004 : The company is transformed into a sole proprietorship and the headquarters is transferred to 143 Spartis Street in Piraeus. A license is issued by the Prefecture of Piraeus

2005 : Issuance of a new collection permit, nationwide, by the Ministry of Environment

2008 : Replacement of the tanker

2013 : Transformation of the sole proprietorship into a limited liability company, with the distinctive title " MANOIL " and name "MANOIL-MANOUZAS IOANNIS & CO. EE."

2017 : Issuance of a nationwide permit for the collection and transport of additional hazardous waste, by the Ministry of Environment

2018 : Website renewal and transfer to a new headquarters (Spartis 145 - Piraeus)

2019 : Addition of a new activity: Wholesale trade of ecological industrial cleaning products

2021 : Addition of new hazardous waste management codes to our permit

The object of MANOIL's activities is mainly related to the protection of the environment, through the collection of hazardous waste and their safe and environmentally sound disposal. Increasing the regeneration rate of waste lubricating oils, the proper management of other hazardous waste and reducing their illegal dumping.
