M Holding is a company with special attitude towards people and nature. The holding is comprised of four companies - Green Team, Texx Team, Mania Team and Mania Online. Their nature of business is collection, sorting and sale of second hand clothing in high street stores and online.

History

1996

It all started in a small garage in the autumn of 1996.

2000

Then another garage shop opened doors, and another, and another after that.

2005

To our growth and development, out shops became modern and more attractive

2008

Expanded and found shops in many of the major cities in Bulgaria

2009

Found MAXX MANIA- the first cash and carry shop from our family

2009

Moved into bigger premises and automated processes. Started sorting using an assembly line.

2012

Entered the US market through founding the first Green Team warehouse in New Jersey

2012

Opened a second warehouse for Texx Team in Sofia

2013

All Mania shops adopted a franchise business model

2013

Green Team found centres in San Fran (California) and Vancouver (Canada)

2013

First Mania store opened doors in the Athens, Greece

2014

Green Team’s centre in LA, California opened doors

2015

Launched the campaign LOVE for treasures

2016

Launched a second set of assembly lines for Texx Team

2017

The first Texx Team centre in the US opened doors in New Jersey
