Berkshire native Mark Kasuba began his jewelry career at the age of 14, working as a stock boy and delivery person for a local Pittsfield jeweler. Within a year Mark was learning basic jewelry repair and graduated to more skilled goldsmithing shortly after that. In 1986 Mark and his wife Kathleen realized a lifetime dream and established M. Edward Jewelers in Lenox, Ma. After 11 years in their Lenox location they made a decision to move M. Edward Jewelers to Pittsfield, “The Heart of The Berkshires” for a more convenient location for their growing number of customers.

 M. Edward Jewelers has been affiliated with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) since 1986. We are long standing members of the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO) and the Retail Jewelers Organization (RJO), both the largest jewelry buying groups in the world. Our membership in these organizations has allowed us to be a direct buyer of loose diamonds in Antwerp, Belgium: Diamond Capital of The World.
