Light Brothers main plastics reprocessing and granulation business operates from a bespoke site in Daventry, and specialises in the shredding and granulation of recovered industrial plastic materials.Light Brothers have extensive experience in the recycling of all forms of plastics including PET polyethylene terephthalate, HDPE High density polyethylene, PVC polyvinyl chloride, LDPE low density polyethylene, PP polypropylene, PS polystyrene and ABS Acrylonitrile Butadiene styrene. We have over 25 years of experience in the sorting and granulation of waste plastic. Granulation is subject to rigorous quality control with full metal detection and de dusting systems in place.Light Brothers have invested in the latest state of the art shredding technology, to meet the service needs of its customers. The Weimar shredder is designed to handle a wide variety of products, but specifically focuses on the larger more difficult to process materials. The mouth of the shredder is in excess of 1 metre square and can cope with large drums, wheelie bins and even pallets.
