Company history

In 1999 the city of Mödling and the private waste management company Saubermacher founded the company “Der Mödlinger Saubermacher”. The city ​​of Mödling's first and very successful PPP (Private Public Partnership) was born.

Mödlinger Saubermacher GmbH has been commissioned to properly and legally fulfill the waste management obligations of the City of Mödling. In addition to the basic tasks of municipal waste management, the collection of biogenic waste, residual waste and bulky waste, Mödlinger Saubermacher GmbH is also responsible for collecting problematic materials and operating the waste transfer station.

In addition to these tasks, Mödlinger Saubermacher GmbH also offers a comprehensive range of services for businesses and private individuals in the city of Mödling and beyond.

The company consists of two shareholders, both the municipality of Mödling and Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG each have a managing director. In the general assembly, the city is represented by former LAbg Mayor Hans Stefan Hintner, KommR Vice Mayor Ferdinand Rubel, Dipl.Päd.Councilor Franziska Olischer and the Geschäfstführer Ing. Yves-André Mattis represented. Saubermacher is by authorized representatives of Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG , Wolfgang Hierzer and the Managing Director Ing. Represented Andreas Kazda.

The Mödlinger Saubermacher combines the strengths of both partners involved and ensures that the municipal tasks in the waste management area are properly fulfilled. Furthermore, the Mödlinger Saubermacher also offers a comprehensive range of services ranging from simple container provision to complex, tailor-made services.
