DE&I + WISE

At LRS, our dedicated environmental, social, and governance team works closely with our human resources team to track and report results on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. This has led to the creation of two important employee resource group communities: Diversity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Women in Sustainability and the Environment (WISE).

LRS also conducts a bi-annual employee pulse survey to give everyone an important and anonymous feedback channel to senior management on policies, benefits, events, culture and work-life-balance.

We also provide essential career pathways for people in traditionally underserved communities, including veterans, people with disabilities, and those who’ve been previously incarcerated and are now in search of second-chance career opportunities.
