LOAD & GO Owner Alfonso Morales wasn’t dreaming of junk when he decided to go into the trash hauling business– he was dreaming of establishing something meaningful for his family. As a Waterbury resident with an extensive business network from his years at a Fortune 500 company, Fonsi aimed to build a brand from the ground up. His experience in sales, construction contracting, landscaping, and a decade in junk removal all perfectly positioned him to found LOAD & GO. His favorite part of owning this business is to be able to instill his values in the company so that his customers are always well taken care of and associate LOAD & GO with excellence.
