In 2017, the Company completed acquisitions of three existing Argentine corporations, the principal one of which, Lithium Energi Argentina, S.A. holds a portfolio of projects comprising more than 240,000 hectares of prime lithium brine concessions in the Argentina Province of Catamarca – right in the heart of the lithium triangle.
