Lightstream Resources Ltd (TSX: LTS) is a light oil-focused exploration and production company with an extensive portfolio of resource plays that will generate long-term growth for shareholders.

Our principal operating areas include southeastern Saskatchewan where we target the Bakken formation, central Alberta, where we are focused on the Cardium formation, and north-central Alberta, where we have begun development of the Swan Hills and are engaged in exploring for light-oil resource plays. We have a land base of nearly 527,000 net undeveloped acres, proven plus probable reserves of 142 million boe and a drilling inventory of over 1,865 locations.

Our strategy is to deliver accretive production and reserves growth, along with an attractive dividend yield. We enter into new resource plays that have large oil-in-place and apply our knowledge, experience and the latest technologies. From there we can grow production and use the excess cash generated to explore new opportunities and pay dividends. The results are solid production volumes, cash flow per share and corporate netbacks. In 2013, we delivered annual average production of over 46,400 boepd (80% oil and liquids weighted) and an operating netback of $50.00/boe. As a result, Lightstream generated over $670 million of funds flow from operations. Each year our sustainability ratio improves (cash outflows of capital and dividends compared to funds flow from operations). As our production base matures, and our base decline rate moderates, we are able to generate higher free operation cash flow.
