EXPERIENCE:

Legacy Metals was established in 2003 by Leroy Shumake. I have worked in the architectural sheet metal industry for over 30 years. During those years I have been a fabricator, installer, company superintendent, and worked extensively in the historical restoration field. I spent a great deal of my time working with the older metalworkers in Nashville, Tennessee and they taught me how to properly start and complete a project.

MISSION:

Tired of seeing clients pay top dollar for the substandard craftsmanship too many firms offer today, I decided to create a better option. Through my company, Legacy Metals, I strive to continue the Legacy of fine craftsmanship and strong work ethics demonstrated by those before me.

SERVICES:

Legacy Metals is capable of producing a variety of products from copper, stainless steel and galvanized steel. I works with clients to create one-of-a-kind ornamental pieces to fit your individual needs on both residential and commercial projects.

Additionally, Legacy Metals installs copper or painted steel standing seam or snap-on seam roof systems. These particular roof systems feature hidden fasteners that don’t penetrate the exterior of the panels to provide a great look and a secure barrier.
