Paul Lechler founded Lechler GmbH in 1879 as a specialty industrial supplier in Stuttgart, Germany. By the 1890's Lechler had acquired specialized nozzle technology and became a manufacturer.

In the 1970's, Lechler made its entry into the North American market when it formed a relationship with Spraco, a long–established nozzle manufacturer in the United States. In 1987, Spraco became Lechler, Inc., which serves North America and is the second largest sales and manufacturing company in the Lechler Group of international companies. Broadcast Spraying

Broadcast applications deliver spray over the entire surface area of the field or crop foliage. Set up your boom nozzle spacing to overlap nozzle output, and use flat fan or flood style nozzles to ensure uniform coverage. Use nozzles with matching patterns- all spray angle degrees the same. Use wider spray angles, lower your boom height, use air induction nozzles, and drive slower to minimize drift.

Banding and Row Crop Spraying

Banding and directed application delivers spray to targeted treatment zones. Spray nozzles are mounted on the boom and positioned to minimize overspray. Lechler nozzles and boom parts enable you to reach your application zone- above, beside, or underneath the crop- with efficiency.

Orchards, Vineyards and Specialty Crops

Vineyard, Orchard, and Specialty Crop applications may use air blast sprayers that aim the spray pattern into a moving steam of air that carries droplets into the plant canopy. The air steam, with the right size nozzles or orifices, work together to deliver on-target spraying.
