The story behind Lane Apex is the story of our family—and our commitment to developing programs that make your life easier.

Our roots go way back to 1950, when Grandfather Samuel Miller outfitted his 1938 Ford truck with a special box and began collecting garbage in Portland. And although it wasn't called recycling back then, he also sorted his loads for items that could be refurbished or reused. After years of success in that city, his son, Arnie, re-located the family and business to a smaller community in 1979—Eugene.

Twenty-nine years later, Sam Miller has continued the tradition his grandfather began. We're constantly seeking the latest customer-friendly, earth-considerate techniques and technology. Our programs and service plans are not based on a corporate protocol and structure, but on what our customers need, on what you tell us works best.

Breath a little easier. With our curbside collection services, both you and the environment will breathe a little easier! We'll stop by your home every week to pick up your trash and recycling. Simply select a roll cart size - 35, 65 or 95 gallon - and give us a call. Then start relaxing.

If you live in Eugene, we'll also stop by and empty your 65-gallon yard debris roll cart every other week. If you live outside the city limits, call us to set up a service schedule—or to find out rates. Commercial Garbage & Recycling Services:

Increase your free time at work! Don't waste your time at work hauling and sorting trash, we'll take care of it! Our commercial trash removal programs can be customized to fit your business, and we'll even take care of your recycling for FREE!

Simply select a garbage container size and give us a call to set up a service schedule. Container sizes range from one- to six-yard containers, and we'll outfit it with a free locking device when you sign up for regular service. We can also provide you with a container for your cardboard and roll carts for items like office paper, tin, glass and plastics.

Drop Box:

Simplify your tasks and projects. Working on a construction or landscaping project (or cleaning out your son's room!) and looking for the best way to easily dispose of extra materials and oversized waste and debris? Get a Lane Apex drop box! We'll drop off a 15, 20 or 30 yard container at any location in Eugene or the surrounding area, and when you've filled it with your extra stuff, we'll haul it away for processing!

We'll also make sure that all recyclables are removed from the mix, which means that you don't have to worry about separating the "reusables" from the "unusables."
