HOUSE CLEARANCES

We can provide a traditional house clearance in which a fee is agreed between the two parties and then the house is cleared and goods are disposed off in a legal manner.

Or, if you prefer, we can clear the property of its items of value and sell them at auction through our sister company, A & C auctions of Pendle at our 5000 square foot premises in Colne, Lancashire.

PROBATE CLEARANCE SERVICES

We are able to provide written probate valuations in which we will itemise anything above a £100 value and a lump sum value for the remainder, this is normally sufficient for completing probate forms for submission to H.M.R.C. For this service we charge a £100+VAT fee.

However, we are also happy to come for an initial free visit and give free verbal advice and valuations.

We are always happy provide an initial, FREE, no obligation appointment at your business, lock-up or barn.

Confidential, professional advice on the best course of action is then given; whether you’re looking to remove specific items or clear it all.

During this no obligation appointment our staff are also happy to give you advice about the value of specific items.
