From horse and cart to now ...
Years of experience in waste management. Waste management has undergone an enormous evolution at Lammertyn. It literally started with a horse and cart in 1961. The Lammertyn.net company has undergone an immense evolution in waste management in its more than 50 years of existence. The trade grew from a one-man business to a large family business. While at the start in 1961, father Marc Lammertyn took the horse and cart from the stable to do his rounds, today 20 professional trucks drive out of the yard to collect waste.
Thanks to years of experience, Lammertyn.net has clearly left its mark and earned its stripes in waste management.
Lammertyn.net currently provides services to 25 municipalities, representing some 270,000 inhabitants.

The four companies operate independently, but use each other's expertise and opportunities where possible. Ortessa now has about 250 employees and realizes a turnover of around 50 million euros. The Eindhoven company has the ambition to become a medium-sized player in the waste sector.
