The Lachmann haulage company has existed since 1919. The company's founder, Johannes Hehmann, used to commute as a messenger between Hagen and Osnabrück, collecting the milk cans for the Schevemann dairy and delivering groceries to the towns. After the war, son-in-law Max Lachmann developed a real haulage company and supplied the local construction sites with building materials such as sand, gravel and roof tiles. 

In 1971 his son Ewald Lachmann procured the first excavator, which made work in Hagen considerably easier. From now on buildings were dug, trenches dug, buildings demolished and much more. You now have a modern fleet of machines and vehicles with trained specialists at your disposal. The range of tasks has expanded considerably: Excavation work, paving work, laying cables, trading in building materials, installing small sewage treatment plants, winter service and much more are now part of our daily business. 

In 1998, Ewald's son Thomas Lachmann expanded the company in the fourth generation to include a container service and recycling center certified as a waste management company. With this step, the field of earthworks was completed. Now we can offer you the complete earthworks program according to the motto “Everything from one source”.
